Notes: Major Allen was a member of the 559th Tactical Fighter Squadron,Cam Ranh Bay Airbase, South Vietnam. On July 31, 1967, he was the pilot of a McDonnell Douglas Phantom II Fighter (F-4C) on a reconnaissance mission over North Vietnam. Upon diving into his target, his aircraft crashed into the ground.
